The South Carolina Commercial Multiple Listing Service, a statewide commercial listing service based in Charleston, is the only MLS system in the state that is designed exclusively for commercial agents. Our tool launched in October 2015 and currently serves over 1,000 commercial members.
SCCMLS allows commercial brokerages across South Carolina to share data, listings and collaborate more efficiently.
