When closing a listing in SCCMLS, you’re prompted to enter the relevant members involved in the deal. With you listed already as the “Listing Member,” the “Selling Member” should be entered as the licensee who brought the buyer.
If you are entering yourself as the listing AND selling member, please be sure that is accurate – you managed BOTH sides of the deal.
If the selling side (the licensee who brought the buyer) is not a member of SCCMLS, you can enter them as “Non Member” or use the MLS ID of 9999.
