In the Lease category of Flexmls, the default search field for square footage is titled “Maximum SqFt Available” and allows you to enter a range from low to high. This field is heavily used and will return any portion of your entered size that may fit your needs.
In an effort to make the title better match the current functionality, this field will be renamed to simply “Available Square Footage” on May 13. The functionality will not change – you will see the min/max boxes in that field to enter your range search.
The field “Minimum SqFt Available” is not in the default search template. It will be removed which will not affect the functionality of the “Available Square Footage” field.
