The South Carolina Commercial Multiple Listing Service (SCCMLS), based in Charleston, is the only MLS system in the state that is designed exclusively for commercial agents. Powered by a new, modern and customizable system soon, FlexMLS by FBS Data, members enjoy robust functionality, full data control, a dedicated app, and much more!
A statewide commercial MLS service allows commercial brokerages across South Carolina to share data, listings and collaborate more efficiently. It launched in October 2015 and currently serves over 1,000 commercial members.

Brokers-in-Charge
If you are the BIC for your office, you must join first before your associated licensees may gain access. You will be the "MLS Participant" for your office and be billed quarterly.
