SCCMLS is excited to announce a new partnership with Crexi, one of the largest commercial sites in the digital marketplace. The SCC staff and leadership teams have worked to enable syndication of all your commercial listings—at no cost to you.
With 20M users looking at 400,000+ for sale and for lease listings, your deals will be showcased to their nationwide buyers and tenants.
HOW WILL IT WORK? Your listings entered into the SCCMLS database will automatically filter over to Crexi. If you would NOT like to have your listings syndicate, you may elect to not include your listing on the Broker Distribution tab when you enter your listing.
WHEN WILL IT START? Thursday, May 22nd.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
On the SCCMLS side, there is nothing you need to do beyond entering your listings as normal. On the Crexi side, make sure you have an account so that you can easily see your live properties!
If you don’t already have a Crexi account, create one now via the signup page here using the same email you use to log into our member portal.
Log into your Crexi account.
Hover over your Dashboard in the top right corner and click “My Listings”—you’ll see all of your live commercial properties that were automatically added to Crexi.
From here, you can manage, track, and get insightful data on your listings performance.
LIVE CREXI TRAINING To empower you to make the most of their platform, Crexi will host a virtual training session on Thursday, May 29th at 11am. We highly encourage you to join in.

FAQs
Does this mean I can I cancel my paid Crexi membership? If you are paying for Crexi services, it is not related to showing your listings on their website, but rather additional broker tools. The syndication is separate. You may want to keep paying for the additional Crexi broker tools - that is up to you. Either way, it will not affect the SCCMLS syndication of listings.
What if I don't want my listings on Crexi?
Just let us know at Support@SCCMLS.com and we'd be happy to help.
Are there any listings types that Crexi does not accept for syndication?
All of your listings in SCCMLS will syndicate over. The only listing type Crexi does not accept is residential, which is not in SCCMLS.
Is there a fee to automatically syndicate my commercial listings to Crexi?
No. There is no additional fee due to SCCMLS or any fees to Crexi in order to have your SCCMLS listings sent to Crexi.
Does this include any residential listings I may have in the CHS Regional MLS database?
No. This partnership is between SCCMLS and Crexi, and Crexi does not accept residential listings.
Does Crexi show my leased rates?
No. That data field will not be sent to Crexi. But, remember that SCCMLS allows for you to enter $0 in the Leased Price field, so most Leased Price fields do not contain a real value.
