HOW TO JOIN

The SCCMLS system was created especially for commercial practitioners in South Carolina, but residential practitioners who value access to commercial listings are welcome to join. You must be a licensed real estate agent to participate.

MLS PARTICIPANTS (usually the Broker-in-Charge)

Step 1: Complete your application here.

Please note that only the Principal REALTOR® or broker of a firm may apply for commercial MLS membership.

Step 2: Pay the $1,000 setup fee.

Step 3: Complete the Welcome to the SCCMLS online class. You must request the MLS Participant course from SCCMLS Support.

SALESPERSONS

Step 1: Your Broker-in-Charge must be a member, and must request that you be added to commercial access via MLS.Support@SCCMLS.com.

QUARTERLY FEES

•    $180 per quarter for each subscriber

•    $30 per quarter for administrative access
