CRS Data has been a valued vendor with SCCMLS since the beginning. They offer a wealth of public tax data in a streamlined interface that we’ve relied on for years!
In addition to the data though, have you ever tried using their property report instead of printing reports directly from Flexmls? While the Flexmls reports pull in all of the curated listing fields directly from SCCMLS, the CRS Property Reports gather additional tax data, while offering a visually pleasing PDF report that can be printed or emailed electronically.
Access is easy. From the Detail tab of a listing, you can click on the Property Report as seen in the image below.
From there you can Email, save as a PDF or Print the Report.
Click here to view a sample report! Oh, and if you’d like to have your branding included on the reports, you only need a minute to enter that information (including your personal photo or your company logo) in your CRS Settings.
Additionally, the Comparables, Prospecting and Facts & Figures tab on the reports offer a plethora of supplementary data, perfect for in-depth research in helping you find the right properties for your client!
